1. Who We Are

Beeezo, LLC is a New Mexico company (150 Washington Avenue, Suite 201, Santa Fe, NM 87501, USA). We build technology that turns human attention into measurable, fair, and verifiable value.

2. Using Beeezo

You must be at least 18 to use the Platform and earn rewards. Use the Platform lawfully and in line with these Terms.

Do not

• Use Beeezo for unlawful or misleading purposes.
• Interfere with our systems or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use scripts, bots, or automation to simulate engagement.

Beeezo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm Platform integrity.

3. Rewards and Wallets

Users earn Reward Coin (RC) for verified engagement and learning. RC represents attention-based value within the Beeezo ecosystem.

When eligible, you may convert RC into USDC or another supported stable asset and receive it to your linked, user-controlled wallet.

• Beeezo does not store or control your private keys.
• You are responsible for wallet security and local law compliance.
• Beeezo is not a bank, exchange, or financial institution.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and transparent — verify addresses before confirming payouts.

4. KYC, Compliance, and Risk

To protect the community, Beeezo may request identity verification (KYC) and complies with AML/OFAC and international sanctions regulations.

• KYC data is processed securely and only when required by law or compliance standards.
• Users must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Users are responsible for following their local financial rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All Beeezo content, brand assets, and technology are owned by Beeezo, LLC. Do not copy, reuse, or distribute without written permission.

You retain rights to your own content, but grant Beeezo a limited license to display and process it to operate the Platform.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for uptime and security, uninterrupted or error-free access isn’t guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for blockchain/network errors, gas, delays, or failures.
• We are not responsible for exchange-rate changes or user mistakes.
• Loss of access due to lost wallet keys or credentials is your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeezo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, goodwill, or data.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Any claim must be filed within one year of arising.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we’ll provide clear notice. Continued use means you accept the new version.
